We are perhaps biased but we think Le Mas has one of the finest views in the South of France. Certainly its position high up on the slopes of the Maures mountain range gives breathtaking views over the hills, across the local vineyards, villages and beyond to the Gulf of St Tropez. It is also very peaceful, being away from the summer season crowds yet the coast is within easy reach. Eagles, nightingales and wild boar are just some of the wildlife that inhabit the mountain; in the evenings you may be lucky enough to hear the song of the nightingales, and at night all you can hear is the sound of the cicadas in the hills.
